Refund Policy

This policy covers sound libraries and other one-time digital products purchased through the Sonic Vein website with FastSpring checkout. Please review the product name, compatibility, system requirements, and licensing method before purchasing.

Our voluntary refund terms do not limit mandatory rights under applicable law or FastSpring's ability, as the seller, to issue a refund required by law or payment-security rules.

You may request a refund for an item within seven calendar days of purchase if its license has not been activated and any activation code supplied with it has not been redeemed or used. We verify the order and license status before arranging an eligible refund through FastSpring.

Redeemed or used iLok/PACE activation codes generally cannot be recovered and are not eligible for this voluntary refund offer. Please confirm that the product suits your needs before redemption.

Contact us promptly if you did not receive the product or code, received an invalid code, were charged twice, or encounter a significant issue that reasonable support cannot resolve. We will investigate and offer redelivery, a fix, or an appropriate refund.

We handle claims about nonconforming products, failed delivery, or other statutory grounds under applicable law regardless of code redemption or the seven-day voluntary window.

Email support@sonicvein.ai with your order number, purchase email, product name, and a description of the issue. Do not send card numbers or security codes.

You may request a refund for an individual item in a multi-item order. We will check the order and license status and explain the outcome. FastSpring sends approved refunds to the original payment method; arrival time depends on that method and the financial institution.

After a product refund, the corresponding Sonic Vein account entitlement is revoked. You must stop using the refunded download, activation code, or license. Rights for other, unrefunded items remain unaffected.
