Licensing

You may access the Sonic Vein website and public documentation to learn about products, evaluate features, study internally, and communicate with support.

Unless permitted by law or agreed to by us in writing, you may not copy in bulk, mirror, republish, or incorporate documentation into another commercial database.

If you receive permission to download software, access the administration area, or use an API, those rights are limited to the agreed party, purpose, devices, or environment.

Unless the license document states otherwise, you may not resell or sublease access rights, share accounts, or grant access to unauthorized parties.

Media outlets, reviewers, and partners may reasonably use Sonic Vein's public brand name and authorized media assets, provided they follow brand guidelines, keep information accurate, and do not mislead the public.

Any use that could imply an investment relationship, official endorsement, exclusive partnership, or unverified performance claim requires additional written approval.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Sonic Vein's model weights, training processes, internal data structures, service interface designs, and unpublished evaluation materials are not covered by any default open license.

If model services or downloadable components become available, their license scope, rights to use outputs, and commercial terms will be defined in separate agreements or product descriptions.

Sonic Vein may suspend or terminate relevant licenses if you breach license terms, applicable law, or an agreement between the parties.

We may update these licensing terms as products evolve or laws or service policies change. Updates take effect on publication.
